Store Policies & Consignment Information

1. Consignment Terms

All items must be 100% authentic and meet our condition requirements (Excellent to Like-New). Authenticity is our priority; unverified items will not be accepted. Payouts are processed within 14 business days after the item is sold.

2. Consignment Rates

At TCT, we specialize in curated luxury and restored pieces. Our rates reflect the level of care, authentication, and presentation each item receives.

For ALL Consignment

Flat Rate: 70% to consignor (Seller of Goods)

3. Authentication Fees

At TCT, authenticity is at the core of everything we offer. Every luxury item undergoes a thorough verification process to ensure it meets our standards of quality and legitimacy.

All consigned pieces are subject to an authentication fee. If third-party verification is required, a non-refundable fee will be applied based on the item and brand.

Standard Authentication = $75
Authentication with Certificate = $95
Premium Designer Authentication (Chanel, Hermès, etc.) = $150

4. Service Policies

A detailed physical assessment is required before any service. While we strive for excellence, restoration outcomes depend on the original condition and no specific result is guaranteed. Clients will receive specific care instructions post-service to maintain results.

5. Returns & Payments

All sales are final on consignment items. Service deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments. Full payment is required before item collection.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Bookings are mandatory for detailed assessments and consultations. We require a 24-hour notice period for rescheduling or cancellations. Note that services take longer than the set duration, we will contact you when service is completed and ready for pick up.
